Use this skill for project task orchestration in this repo. Trigger whenever the user wants to create, plan, refine, run, complete, comment on, search, or manage project work items, or when a coding task should first be registered into task/doc/context before execution. PM is the required entrypoint for repo task automation, task/doc synchronization, bootstrap detection, coder handoff, and future GSD routing.
