Works through plan.md tasks sequentially, writes code, updates plan.md after every task, and commits at checkpoints. Uses TDD where applicable. Triggered by: 'execute plan', 'implement track', 'build feature', '/conductor implement' (execution phase). Only runs after plan has passed evaluation.
