Daily 09:00 CT browser-session audit. Probes 3 default targets (linkedin, linkedin, reddit) via Chrome CDP at 9223. URL-redirect detection (more robust than DOM selectors). Writes ~/.openclaw/state/session-keeper/ <date>.json. Opens approval gates for expired sessions with the exact CDP-spawn command Cooper taps. Telegram-summary only when something expired or unknown — silence on all-live is valid.
