opencli-sitemap-author is an agent skill for authoring and maintaining OpenCLI site sitemaps: machine-readable navigation, page-state, action, workflow, API-reference, pitfall, and fallback files for a website. It defines a storage model (global seed plus local overlay), a required action schema, partial-page reuse, size heuristics, and red lines against recording secrets or account-specific values.
Reach for it when browser exploration has surfaced durable site knowledge that should be captured as structured, agent-readable sitemap files instead of being rediscovered each session.
Use it to
- Create a new sitemap after browser exploration of a site
- Update a stale sitemap against current browser state
- Promote local ~/.opencli site knowledge into the repo seed
- Mark uncovered routes in SITE.md to prevent false absence assumptions
- Define workflow and fallback documentation following the bundled schema
