Use when a design.md with status resolved already exists and you need to review plan.md then execute the generate+evaluate loop, producing iters/*.png plus terminal status completed/partial/aborted. You MUST use this before any production image-generation run for the slug. Requires /visual-spec finalized first plus Vulca checkout at cwd.
