Personal WHOOP data analysis with baselines, anomaly flags, and correlations. Produces a written report with evidence plus an optional self-contained HTML dashboard. Triggers on questions about patterns, trends, recovery quality, sleep consistency, overtraining, "what should I focus on," or "give me my weekly whoop report." Requires the whoop MCP server — tools are prefixed mcpwhoop*.
