Maps session scope to audience-specific docs tasks (User / Dev / Vault), dispatches the docs-writer agent with source-grounded prompts, and reports coverage gaps to session-end. Gated on docs-orchestrator.enabled: true in Session Config. Zero overhead when disabled.
