intent-cli

Manage Intent semantic history (.intent/) in explicit user-requested record, recovery, or IntHub sync modes. Record only when the user asks to write with Intent or .intent; recover only when asked to resume through Intent; sync only when asked to push Intent data to IntHub. Do not use for generic summaries, notes, status reports, generic Git pushes, or mere mentions of Intent.
