Wikimate Lint

This skill should be used when the user asks to check, clean up, audit, or health-check their organized notes/vault — e.g. "내 볼트 건강검진", "볼트 점검해줘", "정리 상태 확인해줘", "고아 노트 찾아줘", "깨진 링크 찾아줘", "중복 노트 있어?", "끊긴 색인 찾아줘", "위키 정리 상태 봐줘", "check/audit/clean up my vault", "find orphan/broken/duplicate notes".
