orca-cli is an agent skill (a SKILL.md) that teaches an AI coding agent to operate Orca-managed resources—worktrees, folder contexts, terminals, repos, automations, artifacts, skill sharing, worktree comments, and Orca's embedded browser—through the `orca` CLI. It is a discovery stub: it instructs the agent to resolve the session's Orca executable and load a version-matched command guide from it before running commands.
When Orca state is involved, it routes the agent to the correct CLI instead of raw git worktree, ad hoc PTYs, or Computer Use.
Use it to
- Spawn codex/claude in a child worktree
- Read, wait on, or send to Orca terminals
- Hand off work to another agent
- Manage Orca artifacts and worktree comments
- Share skills between agents
