Builds a hosted mini-app (index.html + app.json + a generated SVG icon) in your workspace and installs it to public/apps/<slug>/ via the app_install tool — delegates the build to the ACP coding harness (pi/claude/codex via runtime=acp) by default, falling back to a direct build only when no harness is available. The app then appears on the JClaw Apps page.
